On the 16th September 2017 it’s our first birthday! And to celebrate our first year in business we want to give one lucky client the chance to win £300 worth of vouchers.

Do you need a new bathroom/new kitchen/new carpets? £300 could go a long way to the new look you’ve been wanting.

To enter the competition is easy, all you need to do is submit your details so we can contact you about reviewing your mortgage and/or protection requirements. Please follow the below link to submit your details to us and someone will be in touch.

Challenge us to review your needs. Still unsure? Check out our reviews here.

GOOD LUCK!!!

T&C’s:
One Mortgages and Protection will use your details to contact you about reviewing your current mortgage and/or protection requirements, should you not have mortgage requirements within the 6 months from the end date of the competition (17/10/17)  then you are ineligible to submit your details for a review and your entry will not be included in the competition. Should you have a mortgage and/or protection requirement currently or within the 6 months after the end of the competition and it transpires we are unable to help you in your current situation, your entry will still be counted into the competition. Only one entry per mortgage and/or protection requirement; i.e. if you have a joint mortgage and you submit the first persons details separately to the second persons details it will only count as one entry. Winner will be picked at random within 30 days from the end of the competition. Should incorrect contact details be provided then we will be unable to make contact with the submitter and the entry will be void. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender should you remortgage. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority. Our typical fee for us arranging your mortgage is £495, however the actual fee will be depend on your circumstances and will not exceed 1% of the mortgage amount.
